USE
Adults and children over 12 years old: 1 to 6 capsules daily,
Children aged 6 to 12 years: 1 to 3 capsules daily,
Children aged 3 to 6 years: 1 to 2 capsules daily.
Duration of use:
For optimal effect, it is recommended to take for at least 6-12 weeks.
How to use:
Take the capsules 15-20 minutes before meals with water. You can open the capsule and dissolve its contents in a drink. The daily dose can be taken at once or in several portions.

Capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, gellan gum), Escherichia coli M-17 containing the non-pathogenic Nissle 1917 strain, Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine, Bifidobacterium bifidum DSM 20456.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool place at a temperature no higher than + 10 °C / 50 °F out of reach of small children.
Only for the time of transport it can be stored at ambient temperature.
