Pointed heads are similar to our 'Filderkraut', but much smaller, averaging only 1 1/2 to 2 pounds each - perfect for small gardens and patios or if you don't want a lot of leftovers. The dark green leaves have a wonderful crisp texture and a flavor that is sweeter than round cabbage. Great for coleslaw, fresh salads, sandwich toppings, stuffing, baked, grilled and more.
