It primarily consists of a collection of small ads for 28 tourist-oriented businesses, each keyed to a number on a small map. There's also a list of about a dozen wineries located in the Santa Ynez Valley..

Date: Not dated, but I'm fairly certain it's from the late 1980s.
Condition: Very good, I'd say. Other than a tiny smudge at the bottom edge of the front panel, the brochure is clean and fresh, with no creases, tears, or extraneous markings. (Please see photos.)
