NASA / KENNEDY SPACE CENTER TOURS - Florida - 1970s Official Souvenir Map
Description: Here's a nice and informative fold-out brochure and map for tours of NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The brochure provides a brief introduction to KSC and describes the highlights that visitors can usually expect to experience on their tour. It opens out into a large map of KSC showing all the various launch complexes and indicating what each one was used for. Surrounding the map are colorful and somewhat whimsical drawings of various rockets and other things related to KSC, including the Space Shuttle, which I don't believe had yet flown when this brochure was produced by TWA Services.
Size: approx. 9" x 4" closed, opening to 18" x 12"
Date: Doesn't seem to be explicitly dated, but I believe it's from the late 1970s or very early 1980s.
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The brochure is clean and fresh, with just a few scattered thumb bends. There are no tears or extraneous markings. (Please see photos.)
