This copy is in a solid FN grade and actually WOULD be easily VF/NM if not for some slight water staining at the very top of the cover. All pages are here and complete in this March 1967 Square-Bound Giant Comic Book!
"The Red Ghost and His Indescribable Super-Apes!" is by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, Inks by Steve Ditko, Colors by Stan Goldberg and Letters by Artie Simek as we are introduced to The Red Ghost, Ivan Kragoff, and learn his origin and his Super-Apes! While Reed prepares a journey to the Blue Area of the Moon, Ivan Kragoff trains three apes to pilot a spaceship and take possession of the Moon "for the Communist Empire"! That, of course means "Clobberin' Time!" The Marvel Universe also meets The Watcher for the very first time! This is reprinted from Fantastic Four # 13.
"The Mad Pharaoh!" is a 13 page story by Stan Lee (plot), Robert Bernstein (script), Don Heck Pencils and Inks, Stan Goldberg and Sam Rosen, as Iron Man meets a strange new foe! After waking up from a 2000 years long sleep, Hatap, the Mad Pharaoh, brings Tony Stark into the past to resume his war against Cleopatra. Stark helps Cleopatra defeat Hatap as Iron Man! from Reprinted from Tales of Suspense #44 (August 1963).
"The Many Traps of Baron Mordo!" is an 8 page romp by Stan Lee, Pencils and Inks by Steve Ditko, Stan Goldberg and Sam Rosen as we witness Baron Mordo place a spell over Strange's house that causes it to vanish to another dimension! Strange manages to track Mordo down using his ethereal form, but it becomes trapped in Mordo's lair. Mordo goes to see the Ancient One, claiming he's changed his way, just so he can attack him unawares...but Strange had found a way to escape by going straight through the center of the Earth itself, and warned his mentor in advance! Though defeated, both Strange and the Ancient One know Mordo is becoming more powerful all the time! Reprints Strange Tales #117 (February 1964).
" The Hordes of General Fang!" by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, Dick Ayers, Stan Goldberg and Artie Simek finds The Hulk thwarts a would-be Genghis Khan conqueror named General Fang from taking over the Asian province of Llhasa, and he only has to dress up as the Abominable Snowman once to do it!! Reprints The Incredible Hulk #5 (January 1963).
