The Stars and Stripes was the "Daily Newspaper of U.S. Armed Forces in the European Theater of Operations". There were numerous different editions published throughout the ETO. This "NANCY EDITION" was "published at L'Est Republicain plant, 8 Rue Maragran, Nancy".

Condition: Good, I'd say. The paper is complete, in good, readable condition, but it has been folded, is just a bit soiled and has several small edge and corner tears.
