Purpose:

Due to the high content of vitamin C, rose hips have an antioxidant and diuretic effect and also improve redox processes in cells and permeability of capillaries. Taking rosehip fruit reduces the risk of stroke and heart attack, improves heart activity, stimulates blood circulation, helps lower blood sugar, and supports metabolism. Improves oxidation-reduction processes in cells.

The rosehip fruit is a true "multivitamin concentrate" - there is no other natural product in nature that is so rich in various vitamins - C, E, B1, B2, K, D, A (carotene), PP, P. vitamin C rosehip fruit has no analogue in the plant world (500-2500 mg) per 100 grams of fruit. It ranks first in terms of vitamin B1 and B2 content, and second in terms of carotene. Rosehip is a rich source of pectin, flavonoids and iron, organic acids (citric and malic), sugars (mainly sucrose, about 2.5%), tannins and mineral salts (about 3.25%), especially potassium (about 512 mg%) , calcium (about 50 mg%), phosphorus (about 54 mg%), sodium (about 47 mg%) and magnesium (about 122 mg%) salts. It also has a high content of essential fatty acids: linoleic acid - omega 6 and linolenic acid - omega 3, as well as antioxidant beta carotene.
Of the sugars, fructose, glucose, sucrose are found in it. Its composition of starch, proteins, tannins and pectin substances, nitrogenous substances is also rich.
