Usage:

Before use, carefully read the information sheet in the package or consult with specialists.

Wash and dry your feet. Apply once a day to dry, rough, calloused skin on the feet and heels.

After applying the balm, put on the socks. Make sure you seal the jar. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

To avoid stinging, apply around but not directly on an open wound. Do not use if local irritation or rash occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only.

Contraindication: if the skin of the heels or soles is irritated or with signs of inflammation; if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, including lanolin; with very thin skin on the soles.

Warnings: Wash hands thoroughly after use. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. Use as directed unless otherwise advised by a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use if there is lubricant that has leaked out of the package after opening a new box. Avoid contact with eyes.

Side effects: Heel balm can irritate inflamed skin.
