Composition

2 capsules contain L-carnitine - 440 mg, L-arginine - 250 mg, coenzyme Q10 - 15 mg, vitamin E - 120 mg, zinc - 40 mg, folic acid - 800 µg, glutathione - 80 mg, selenium - 60 µg.


L-carnitine is produced naturally in the body and serves as an energy source for sperm cells. L-carnitine can improve sperm motility and quantity. L-arginine is an amino acid that is required by the human body in large quantities and has been shown in studies to improve sperm count and motility.

Zinc improves sperm cell density, increases the number of fast-moving sperm cells and increases testosterone levels, which are essential for spermatogenesis.

Vitamin E improves sperm motility and increases the ability of sperm cells to unite with the egg.

Glutathione and selenium are very effective in destroying free radicals. Both of these nutrients have been shown in various studies to significantly improve sperm motility.

Coenzyme Q10 increases the fertilization rate and sperm count and increases sperm motility.

Folic acid is vital for cell development and division (blood production) as well as nerve metabolism. It participates in the protection of the cardiovascular system.

Consumption

Take two capsules a day with a meal, with liquid. Capsules should be taken for at least three months to improve each phase of spermatogenesis or until pregnancy is expected.
