Shaxi Liangcha Herbal tea is made with indigenous herbs. It supports health of the throat and immune system. It is a classic herbal tea formula of Zhongshan, Guangdong, to help reduce excessive heat. In TCM, Shaxi Liangcha serves several functions. It helps cool down our body heat, resolve dampness and enhance the spleen and lung function.

Usage:
Use one teabag(1.8G) each time, one to two times daily, brew with hot water.

Cautions:
Do not use when “pathogenic wind cold” with symptoms of chills, headache, nasal congestion, itchy throat and cough.
Consult your doctor if high blood pressure, heat or liver disease, diabetes, kidney’s problem, and other chronic or serious disease.
Due to its cooling nature, do not use during menstruation period. Do not recommend to pregnant women, young children.
Drink herbal tea with meals.
