NOS 1976 North Carolina National Guard license plate 819 new old stock

NOS 1976 North Carolina National Guard license plate 819. Brand new, unissued. It's original DMV sleeve is missing and it looks like the numbers/letters had stuck to the wax paper a little as some of it is still on some it. Usually scratches off with your fingernail moreso with warm water. The finish on this tag is not as good as others in that were in this lot. Looks to have a little more wear from shelf life over the years. Price drop to reflect condition.
