This Rare piece is from the production process of making a comic book and this particular one is Marvel Comics IRON MAN issue # 119 from February, 1979 and is done on acetate (I believe)! This is MINT and measures 11" x 9".

The Artwork, Inking, Coloring and Lettering is completed and The two sheets separate (see pics) and when put together form the entire page!

This Classic Page 14 features Iron Man and Nick Fury aboard ththe S.H.I.E.L.D. Heli-Carrier after Iron Man had just taken down a rouge agent who was going to kill Fury!!

The Title of this story was "No S.H.I.E.L.D. To Protect Me!"
