This vintage Toby style figural man ceramic mug was sold new at Disneyland.

I believe it is from a shop in New Orleans Square judging by the man's appearance, clothing and hat.

The ceramic handle is made to look like a walking stick or cane.

The only sign of wear on the mug is a small spot of paint loss on the top rim of his hat.
The vintage ceramic mug does have a few manufacturing flaws on it.

The Toby style mug is 4.75 inches tall and the opening at the top is 2.75 inches in diameter.

There is a blue and white sticker on the bottom that reads: Made in Japan.

There is also an orange colored paper price tag from Disneyland on the bottom of the mug.

Someone used a black marker to blot out the original price of the mug, before and after sales tax.

If I look closely, the original price looks to me like it was $1.80.

The sales tax of .09 was not marked out, and then again when looking closely the total price looks to be $1.89.

I'd estimate that the Toby style mug was sold at Disneyland during the late 1960s, as the sales tax in California was 5% at that time.

The mug is not marked anywhere with any Disney copyright or logo.

The only thing that identifies it as being a Disney souvenir is the word Disneyland on the paper price tag.
