This Fenton Indigo Blue Glass bell was hand painted with a floral design by Diane Gessel.
The glass bell is signed on the inside with: Handpainted by D. Gessel near the bottom rim.

The blue glass bell is 7 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter across the bottom opening.
The Indigo Blue glass bell is in great condition; with no chips, cracks, scratch marks or damage to the hand painted flowers.

The bell is stamped in the glass near the handle with: Fenton ©; 9.
The number 9 designates that the bell was made in the 1990s.

The faceted clear bead ringer is attached to the inside top of the bell with a small silver colored chain.
There are 2 different silver foil labels inside the bell as shown.
