Cover: "Rodeo Upset," the original work of Ronald McCann of Chicago, Illinois, shows the artistic possibilities of an ordinary rodeo spill. McCann combines perception and a rare sense of symmetry to produce a truly striking scene. While authentic cowboys ride with shirts on, note the interest added to the picture due to the shirtless rider's muscular development.
Back Cover: Dick Waynecroff as photographed by the Southern Guild. The photographer's excellent use of lighting shows Wayne's physique to its best advantage.
