A leading New York fashion photographer captures the summer world of the human male in a collection of photographic images.
SUMMER
That shortest of all the seasons, the season of longest days -days of crystalline waters and cerulean skies; of searing light and the smell of salt air and suntan oil. The sounds of gulls and crickets, the taste of ice and berries, the feel of burning sun on amber skin, and reflections of white sand in sea-blue eyes. The afterglow of pearlescent sunsets and memories of long, hot, starry nights, of promises kept and broken.
SOUVENIRS
Those sentimental tokens of places and things and times past; of experiences glad and sad; reminders of those we love and cherish and those parted. And most treasured of all, those snapshots displayed on dressers and pinned to walls and stored away in the albums and shoe boxes of our minds. Here then are a few souvenirs of summers gone, of moments stopped in time, recorded in fractions of seconds that now evoke memories of shared experiences and hopefully, for others, the possibilities of summers to come."
