This rare and collectible plate with windmills was listed as underplate in the Royal Delft catalog.

Hand painted at De Porceleyne Fles.
There are holes on the back for hanging on the wall.
Dated 1893 and two painter's initials along with the imprinted Joost Thooft Labouchere mark. These impressed marks were used from 1884 - 1911.
