The CD is factory-sealed, and contains an additional autographed insert booklet.
This item was obtained from an indie music store that gets limited autographed copies of select new releases.
They get their autographs either from the artists in person, or from their record label.
So, the autographs are guaranteed to be original and hand-signed.

The CD and the additional booklet are both in excellent condition.

As of the creation of this listing, I have three of these available, so you may, or may not, receive the exact copy pictured.
If you receive a different one, it will differ only to the extent that no two hand-signed items are exactly alike.
