Cal-Vada Lodge Hotel was the first lodging establishment in Crystal Bay at Lake Tahoe in 1935 and remained the largest through the 1950s. It attracted a wealthy crowd from around the United States to gamble at the local casinos. Of all the early resort buildings in Crystal Bay, the Cal-Vada Lodge Hotel is the only one which retains a high degree of integrity; it is listed in the National Register of Historic Places in Washoe County, NV.
Own a piece of Tahoe History! I suspect this dish was manufactured around the time the lodge opened in 1935. Enhance any casino chip display or man cave with this rare gem. How about that guest bath in your Tahoe getaway? Perfect for a folded tea towel and guest soap.
