This item is a rare and vintage COLT STUDIO PRESENTATION publication titled MANPOWER No.4. This magazine was produced in 1972 using heavy stock paper. It is oversized at 8-1/2” x 11” and is still in UNREAD condition. This item is DEADSTOCK and the original distributor never sold it; it has been in storage for over 40 years.

“The Western motif begun in MANPOW-ER! number three is concluded in this issue, MANPOWER! number four. By now it must be obvious that these editions have been a unique coverage of cowboy country. Never before has a 'physique studio' attempted so elaborate a perspective of a subject. Horses, farms, ranches were rented for locations; cameras and equipment required a crew which, like the models, had to be housed and fed. Miles and miles of location scouting, schedules planned, tests made.

But we think the results - seen within these two issues of MANPOWER! and in the slides, prints, movies, etc., available directly through the Studio -
were worth the effort. We hope you do too.”
