FTDI UMFT4222EV Development Module supports prototyping and development of the FT4222H High-Speed USB2.0 to QuadSPI/I²C Bridge ICs. Designed as a small PCB, UMFT4222EV plugs into a standard 0.8" wide 24-pin DIP socket. Key UMFT4222EV features include: a single high-speed USB 2.0 chip (FT4222H) for flexible and configurable SPI/I²C interfaces; up to 28Mbps data transfer rate in SPI mode with quad data mode; support for up to 4 slave selection control pins in SPI master mode; support for single SPI Slave Mode with SCK operating frequency up to 20MHz; OTP memory for vendor-specific information; on-board jumper for FT4222H configuration mode: USB power configuration and VCCIO source selection; true 3.3V CMOS drive output and TTL input; FTDI's royalty-free Direct (D2XX) drivers; and on-board USB Micro-B receptacle.
