1894 LION COFFEE Victorian Trade Card - pretty girl w/ floppy hat, pink flowers
Description: Victorian Trade Card - LION COFFEE - Woolson Spice Co., Toledo, Ohio
This attractive advertising card features a portrait of a young girl in a floppy white hat with a pink bow on top. In front of her are a couple of crossed branches with small pink and white flowers.
The back of the card has an offer for a water-color picture of a young girl in a nightgown entitled "MEDITATION", which was free for 18 proofs of purchase and a 2-cent stamp. (Sorry, this offer expired January 1st, 1895!)

Condition: Fair, I'd say. This card is somewhat soiled in spots, with noticeable damage to the upper left corner and the edges in that area. The upper and lower right corners both have small creases and there's a tiny tear in the right edge. (Please see scans.)
