NOS 1988 North Carolina commercial license plate BL 2780. New old stock, brand new unissued. The original DMV sleeve is missing. Small spot of surface rust starting on the bottom right corner. Slight scratch of the original green paint between the 2 and commercial, probably was done when the paint was still wet when it was made
