this is around 20" total length..........it is plastic and has sharp serrated type edges that will pull whatever is clogging your drain out the opening.........it is flexible and will be shipped in a rolled up fashion and the box will be folded.......box is open but item is unused.......says good for 1 use.........but if you are careful cleaning it i am sure you can reuse................comes with instructions with photos..........
