Hey, get this Citizen: The guy in this video is named, Al Bielek, but he says he was born in 1916 as Edward Cameron. As Cameron, he says he completed schooling at Harvard in 1939 earning a Ph.D. in Physics. With his brother Duncan, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and unwittingly became involved in the Philadelphia Experiment - and alleged top secret attempt to render warships invisible, and travel through time.

Bielek says he was aboard for the final tests conducted on the U.S.S. Elridge where he claims he and ship members were propelled 40 years into the future, and brought back through space and time with horrifying results. In 1947, he says he was "brainwashed" by the government, and his soul was transplanted into an infants body, no longer as Edward Cameron, but instead as Alfred Bielek. (Whoa!)
