- Repair service included: Inspect and clean your camera including lens elements and CCD sensor, repair lens assembly including the front lens doors/shutters, replace parts if necessary(for ZOOM ERROR or FOCUS ERROR, may involve extra cost for O.I.S. or CCD sensor replacement).
- Before you order the service, make sure the camera powers on and LCD is not broken. It will be even helpful if you can take pictures of the front and back of your camera when powered on and email them to us.
- How to order the service: use BUY IT NOW and pay to place your order, ship your camera to the following address:

(Write a note and describe the issues or problems with your camera: Error message when powered on. Make sure the front lens element is not badly scratched. Ship only the camera, do not include any other accessories. Add tracking when you ship it so that you may track the delivery. Send us the tracking # after shipment made. It is recommended that you write down the serial numbers of your camera.)
- Repair service will take 3-5 business days(if we run out of the parts needed for your camera, it may take a little longer time for us to order the parts. Will let you know if there is any delay). In the case your camera needs other parts, we will send you message about the extra cost.
- After the repair service has been done, we'll ship it out by USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope. You'll receive the package in 2-3 business days after shipment made. (If you want faster delivery, choose Priority Mail Express when you check out).
-Warranty period: 90 days warranty for service and parts.
