Misses' Dress, Coat and Belt.
Size 14.
Loose-fitting and flared pullover dress, seven inches below mid knee, as round neckline, bias rectangular collar, center front neckline slit, bodice front insert, elasticized waistline, center front one-way pleat, back zipper closing, pockets in side seams and topstitching. Full-length sleeves are gathered into buttoned bias turn back cuffs. Loose-fitting, lined, front-wrapped coat, seven and one-half inches below mid-knee, has round neckline, shoulder yokes, extended shoulders, pockets in side seams and belt carriers. Above-wrist length sleeves. Self tie belt holds in fullness at waistline. Topstitch and edgestitch trim.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
