NOS 1975 North Carolina license plate E 10515 new old stock

NOS 1975 North Carolina license plate E 10515. New old stock, brand new unissued original. Still in it's original dmv sleeve, though it is old and brittle. Tag does not lay flat on a table. Just because they are new doesn't mean they will be perfect. Some new ones I've seen have slight scratches in the paint, slight bends on edges, fingerprints from the person that originally painted them, etc. This tag has slight yellowing in the original finish due to age. A small spot along the top border trim wasn't painted, factory error that is consistent in a number of this tag's neighboring numbers. This one also has some scratches from the factory (also factory flaws) around the T and L at the bottom, on the top and bottom left edge, and just to the right of the top right mounting hole. Lower price to account for flaws
