Cachet: Purple rubber-stamped design featuring a shield with a drawing of a twin-engine jet airplane surrounded by what appear to be olive branches. Text reads: "Inauguration of / JET AIR MAIL / SERVICE / AM 8 / MONTGOMERY / ALABAMA".
Condition: Generally clean and neatly label addressed, with some ghosting of the cancellation ink on the back of the cover.
