vintage garland silver toned mechanical pencil sci labeled on the top
item being sold as is.....................only a couple of pieces of lead to test with..........they do hold inside when inserted into the tip and add slight pressure........not sure if there is another way to do this from on top but this is the only way i was able to do it......it works and the lead comes out when pen is twisted.... ......the pencil does have scratch marks on it.......and a few that were more noticed than the others.........mainly with magnification...........functions when lead inserted up from the bottom.......not sure if there is another way from the top................send a message for a possible lower cost on intl shipping..........
