Limited edition collector plate by Gallery Editions, sponsored by the American Rose Society. It features an original painting by Luther Bookout of the 1980 All-America Rose Selection, "Honor".
Plate has a 1/2" wide 24-karat gold border.

Condition: Very fine, I'd say. No chips or cracks, but I noted two very tiny nicks along the extreme outside edge, likely from contact with a plate hanger. Comes in its original corrugated shipping box.
