1889 Victorian Trade Card - Arbuckle Brothers Coffee Company - Map of NEW JERSEY (#93)
SERIES: State Maps (" ARBUCKLE'S " variety)
(NOTE: If you're not familiar with the variety designation, please visit http://www.arbycards.info/arbsmbck.htm for an explanation.)
The reverse side of the cards in this series gives 4 reasons why Ariosa Coffee costs more and is worth more than other brands of coffee. It also provides an explanation of the series, along with a list of all 50 states and territories represented.
SCENES: Silk Manufacturing, Pottery - Charging a Kiln
SIZE: 3" x 5"
DATE: 1889
LITHOGRAPHER: Donaldson Brothers, N.Y.
CONDITION: Just good, I'd say. This card is generally only lightly soiled, but does have a light brown stain across the lower left corner and numerous light pencil notations across the lower half of the back. The edges and corners are slightly worn. There's also a sharp tear (~1/2") in the bottom edge, running into Delaware, and two tiny pinholes, one near the upper left corner and the other at the bottom edge of the dinner plate. (Please see scans.)
MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPPING DISCOUNT: I will ship up to 4 cards for the single base shipping charge shown. For purchases of more than 4 cards, the shipping charge will increase by just a small increment for every 4 additional cards.
