They are open-toed and have a bow on the front. They have leather uppers, made in Brazil. They are in used condition, the heels show some wear and the heel portion shows some scuffing which can easily be removed. Purchased for $70.00 at a high-end dept. store on Michigan Ave. in Chicago, making this pair a real bargain as they are in good, usable condition.
