Date: Not dated, but I'm fairly certain it's from the early 1990s.
Condition: Good, I'd say. The cover is quite clean but the front seems just slightly faded as compared to the back. The striker strip looks like it may have been used once or twice, or the middle portion may have just rubbed up against something. (Please see scans.)
