Description: Here's a nice standard matchbook cover from Pizzeria Uno of Chicago, Illinois. It bills itself as "The Original Chicago Pizzeria, EST. 1943".
There's no printing on the inside.

Actual Size: approx. 2" x 1.5" (closed)
Date: Not dated, but I'm fairly certain it's from the mid-1990s.
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The cover is quite clean and the striker strip shows no evidence of use, though it does have a tiny rubbed spot. (Please see scans.)
