Uncut, factory folded Butterick pattern 6745
size 12 (bust 34 waist 26.5 hip 36) included.
sewing pattern to make: misses' top, pants and cummerbund. Semi-fitted top has wide V neckline band, shaped hemline, and either short or full length straight sleeves. Very loose-fitting pants have front gathered into straight waistband with side button opening, side seam pockets and tapered leg. Cummerbund has shaped tab ends, worn at back or front. This pattern is undated but looks like it is from the late 1970s or early 1980s.
I bought this pattern secondhand. The envelope is damaged as shown, and the pattern is uncut, factory folded, and includes directions.
