Beautiful, Bountiful Minnesota Cook Book
This comb bound cookbook is in good condition for its age with minimal wear to the covers' edges from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of marks, stains or writing. There is a stain on the side edges of the cookbook that doesn't really show on the page. The cookbook measures 5 1/2 inches wide by 8 1/2 inches tall with 101 pages including index.
Illustrated by Bunny Humphrey, a renowned artist from this area. There are historical recipes with interesting notes of the origin of the foods, we prepare, eat and enjoy. Covers fruit, berries, grains, wild game, and fish. There is an average of 2-3 recipes per page.
REMEMBER----books are mailed via media rate mail to give you the best deal on shipping. The down side is that media rate mail can take up to three weeks for delivery.
