Description: Here's a nice over-sized matchbook cover from the Alpine Restaurant, located on Lee Highway in Arlington, Virginia. The establishment featured "Italian, French and American Food".
There's no printing on the inside of the cover.

Actual Size: approx. 2" x 2" (closed)
Date: Not dated, but likely from the 1970s or, at the latest, early 1980s.
Condition: Good, I'd say. The cover is just lightly soiled and the striker strip shows no evidence of use. However, the original colors of the Italian flag have faded somewhat on the front of the cover. (Please see scans.)
