Description: Here's a nice vintage standard-sized matchbook cover from the election campaign of Marshall Keehn, a Democrat who was running for the office of State Representative in the 6th District of Illinois. It says that he was a "CONSCIENTIOUS CANDIDATE" and "Your VOTE WILL BE APPRECIATED".

There's no printing on the inside.

Date: Not dated, but I believe this was produced for the 1960 election

Condition: Good, I'd say. The cover is only lightly soiled, but the striker strip area has some damage from the careless removal of the staple that held the matches. There's also an additional set of staple holes which pass through the striker strip and both sides of the cover. (Please see scans.)
