This is new or like new, it has only been stored.
This Green-Blue pin has a small spot on the display card, see pictures, look on the outside of the card seam in the corner, the inside has no blemish.
The doll pin is in good to excellent condition.
Made of a metal pin, cardboard and the art layer, year 1992. Is about 2 3/8 inches tall, and 1 inch wide.
I read the art-work is pressed on, a piece of thin wood, but I am Not exactly sure.
However It's not just a painted cardboard cutout.
