The inside is rubber-stamped with "Fisherman's Wharf #2 408-655-1401", which places this particular Tony Roma's in Monterey, California.

Date: Not dated, but likely from the late 1980s.
Condition: Good, I'd say. The cover is only slightly soiled but one side does appear to be a bit faded. The striker strip appears to have had little or no use. (Please see scans.)
