DESCRIPTION: Waiting for your purchase is a nice vintage blue/green/brown German-style tankard beer mug that was MADE IN JAPAN. The large mug features raised characters in what appears to be a tavern. A man sits at a table with his arm around a woman while a musician plays a tune. The reverse of the mug features barn doors and the handle is gnarled like a tree branch with small leaves. The bottom of the mug is stamped with the MADE IN JAPAN mark in black. A wonderful vintage mug!

MEASUREMENT: mug measures approx. 4 3/4 inches tall; approx. 3 inches in diameter across the opening

CONDITION: great vintage condition; there is crazing throughout and some minor wear to the blue border at the top of the mug; the bottom base of the mug has various rough spots and manufacturer bubble holes - they are not chips, but were done when the mug was fired and glazed at the place of production
