Here is a new old-stock self-stick mat board with an oval 3D pop-out for your needlework.
The mat fits an 8x10 inch frame, and the oval pop-out area fits a 4x6 inch needlework project. You will need to supply the frame, whatever fabric you like for the large mat area, and (of course) your finished needlework. Instructions are included to make it easy.
This kind of thing was popular many years ago, and this kit makes it easy to recreate that vintage look. Most thrift stores sell lots of old frames without the glass. You can buy one of those, paint or decorate it however you like, find some vintage or new coordinating fabric (or cut some from a favorite garment that has seen better days) and really make your needlework pop.
