Offered is a clip art book called ANIMAUX Vignettes décoratives, by a French company called L'Aventurine; the small amount of text in the book is French. The paper cover is heavier than most, and primarily red with a row of rectangles with black and white illustrations about 1/3 of the way up from the bottom. On the front the name is in white text in the top third of the page, on the back a paragraph in French and a list of other publications in the upper half. Approximately 21 cm x 30 cm with 94 pages, most of black and white illustrations - obviously intended as clip art, and a bit different from other clip art that I have seen.

The cover has some wear, the majority of which is in the form of small creases caused by handling. On the back, upper and outer quarter there are some significant scratches in the paper cover. The front has a price sticker. Otherwise the pages seem clean, the binding firm.
