Offered is a recent poster promoting an open house, of sorts, at San Francisco's armory; a haunted house held there to celebrate the Halloween season.

A few years ago the empty armory found at the corner of Mission Street and 14th here in San Francisco's Mission district was taken over by Kink.com after a very long period of disuse and decay. Controversial as the transition was, it appears to have helped to revitalize this building and the surrounding neighborhood.

This poster is printed on very nice glossy stock, heavier weight and features a photo by Kirsten Grundy of a woman dressed as a doll and tied to look like a marionette. Above her is text announcing that this is the Bay Area's most horrifying haunted house,HELL IN THE ARMORY, presented by Kink and the Vau - de - vire society. There is a parental warning notice tacked on the wood wall. Below are the dates: October 7 to November 1, the address and encouragement to Take the Tour if You Dare...

This poster is brand new, though there is a soft bend in the middle from how it was transported at some point. This is not a crease, though and should be fairly easy to correct...in fact I will store it under other paper which may smooth it considerably. Other than this I see no flaws.
