Offered is a hardcover copy of Andy Gray's 1973 coffee table book called GREAT POP STARS. The dustjacket is illustrated in 70s style with images of various pop stars, some in star shaped windows, others in full color against a black background. The boards are covered in lemon yellow cloth, with red lettering stamped on the spine. End papers are also lemon yellow, the illustrations are mostly black and white with a few colored plates. Approximately 9" x 11.5" with 160 pages, the contents are organized chronologically.
This book has a minor staining on the front endpaper, looks like the marks left by rusting paperclips. There is also some pricing, in pencil on the same endpaper. some of which is smudged. The front upper corner is banged. The dust jacket which is clipped, has some small tears along the edges, a little wrinkling where the edges touched shelves and other surfaces. Overall the book is in very good condition, the binding tight and inside pages appear clean.
