1950s VALLEY FORGE, PENNSYLVANIA - Fort Washington, Cannons - Postcard
Here's an interesting vintage scenic postcard featuring a line of cannons at Fort Washington at Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.
On the back, the card is identified as "Lusterchrome", made only by Tichnor Bros., Inc., Boston 15, Mass. It was published by Jack Freeman, Longport, N.J. It carries the number "10" and identification code "K-3970".
Size: approx. 3½" x 5½"
Date: Not dated, but probably from the 1950s.
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The card is unused, with just a bit of edge wear. The back shows a little bit of foxing near the bottom right corner. (Please see scans.)
