Description: Here's an Interesting souvenir folder produced by the Germany Philatelic Society's Baltimore Chapter #16 for the Twenty-Sixth National Convention, held in conjunction with the Baltimore Philatelic Society's BALPEX 1975 stamp show at the Hunt Valley Inn (August 30 - September 1, 1975).

The folder includes a menu for the Society's reception and dinner, a couple of philately-themed cookbooks by Ruth S. Webster (Stamps a la Carte and Stamps a la Carte - Second Helpings), a group of 22 German "Inflationary Period" stamps ("VALID FOR POSTAGE IF THE KAISER MAKES A COMEBACK", and a membership application for the New Mexico Philatelic Association". I don't know for sure if these constitute the complete contents of the folder as it was originally distributed, although I believe they do.

Condition: Very good, I'd say. The folder is only lightly soiled, with a slightly crinkled upper left corner. The contents are in excellent shape.
