WELLESLEY, Massachusetts - 1981 Centennial Tie Tack (or Pin)
Description: Here's a small metal tie tack or pin commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the town of Wellesley, Massachusetts. It depicts what I believe is the Wellesley Town Hall building beside the numeral "81". It reads "WELLESLEY" at the top and "CENTENNIAL" at the bottom.
I don't see any markings to indicate who made the pin or what metal it's made of (although it is non-magnetic). There is no clip on the back of the pin.
Actual Size: approx. 1/2" wide x 1/2" high
Condition: Good, I'd say. It does seem to be just a bit worn and tarnished. There is no clip on the back of the pin, but I would think that any standard tie-tack clip could be used. (Please see my high-res scans.)
**NOTE**: Shipping charges are discounted when more than one of my items are purchased at the same time. See what else I have to offer!
