Coro Heraldic Coat-Of-Arms blue enamel Maltese cross figural vintage brooch pin from sometime between 1919 and the early 1940's.
Most likely the 1930's I would think.
It measures just over 1 1/2" high and about 1 3/8" across.
It is composed of several (looks like 3 to me) layers of goldtone metal making up a knight's helmet; a crown; a shield; two arrows; a Maltese cross (which has blue enamel) and decoration.
The words "Via Crucis Via Lucis" are written around the bottom half.
Pinback is a safety C mechanism.
I see very little wear and notice a slight bend to the pin stem from use as is expected of vintage jewelry.
The price reflects this.
Signed "Coro" in script on the back.
